The Manufacturing Process (20–40 Days)

  1. Material Procurement: Sourcing high-grade A-36 Steel.
  2. Fabrication: Cutting, rolling, and welding sections to your specified height.

  3. Finishing: Precision powder coating to your color choice.

  4. Logistics: Scheduling our dispatch team, certified welders, and crane.

Fittings and Hardware

  • Aluminum internal ball truck, gold powder coated, sealed upper and lower SS ball bearing assemblies, cast brass exit bushing, 1-1/4” NPT fitting.
  • 7/19 SS aircraft cable with quick links, cable assembly, and flag arrangement.
  • Mounted SS steel winch with winch handle
  • Galvanized steel foundation sleeve.

Installation Process

  • Day One: Location Arrival, Excavation Foundation, Set Foundation Sleeve, Unload Mammoth Section on Roller Racks.
  • Day Two: Weld Sections Together Plumb – Laser Leveling. Install All Fittings and Hardware.
  • Day Three: Set Crane, Stand Mammoth Flagpole Plumb with Laser Leveling. Apply Wood Wedges and Sand for Foundation Stability. Raise Old Glory on your New Mammoth Flagpole!

*A third-party crane is needed for larger than 110’.
