Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 10 days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking
We do offer order tracking that will be sent out within 24 hours of the order being shipped.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We do offer free shipping with any purchase over $100 USD.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Exchange An Item
We do accept returns at this time. There will be a 30% restocking fee from your total cost, as well you will need to pay for shipping and handling when you return.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Defected Materials
2. Does Not Fit
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened these will include, but not limited to
1. Biohazard stains
2. Sap or glue
3. Any product that has had an addition made such as embroidery, bedazzle, and any other additions.
4. Painted or color changed.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return Fee
Our return fee is a 30% restocking fee of your total checkout price and the cost of shipping and handling.
Exchanges
We accept nearly all exchanges except in the case of:
1. Biohazard stains
2. Sap or glue
3. Any product that has had an addition made such as embroidery, bedazzle, and any other additions.
4. Painted or color changed
